About Us A.C. Burke & Company has offered customers educational media products in the fields of horticulture, agriculture, and nature since 1992. In 2003, we began production of our own educational products, beginning with a five part series on Landscape Design..

Please note that all of our videotapes are VHS format and use the NTSC (North American) playback standard. Software is Windows or MAC compatible. Please check catalog specifications carefully to be sure the software you are ordering will operate on your computer system.

How To Order Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalog and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button for items that you wish to buy. Click on "Shopping Cart" button to review, edit or delete items. Then select the "Checkout" button. You will be asked for information that we need to complete your order. Please retain your Confirmation Receipt and contact us if you have questions.

Orders originating in California are charged 7.25% Sales Tax. All other orders are TAX FREE. Please click the checkbox "Exempt" to reduce Sales Tax to Zero.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment if you are shopping from the U.S.or Canada. Your credit card is not charged for any item until it is ready to ship. Orders from other countries require prepayment in U.S. dollars by International Money Order or by a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

Shipping And Handling Shipping rates are based on the total dollar value of your order and are calculated automatically. After minimum charges noted below, rates increase incrementally with the value of the order.

Please contact us if you have questions on shipping rates for orders valued at over $1,000.

Continental U. S.: Orders are generally sent by UPS. A street address or complete rural route number is required for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. Minimum charge is $6.00.

Orders over $100 consisting of SOFTWARE ONLY are charged $7.50.

Second Day Air Delivery is available for Continental U.S. orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U. S. Territories: Orders are generally shipped by Air Parcel Post. Minimum charge is $10.50.

Canada:Orders are generally shipped by Air Parcel Post. Minimum charge is $10.50.

International Orders: Please inquire regarding shipment to countries other than Canada. Taxes and duty are customer's responsibility.

Delivery Schedule Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Imported or specialty items may take longer. We will notify you if we anticipate a delay with your order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you unless you tell us otherwise. Backordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are actually shipped.

Purchase Orders We welcome school, library, and government purchase orders by mail or FAX. Our terms are NET 30 from invoice date. Purchase orders MUST BE IN WRITING and include an authorized signature. You can create a shopping list on-line to attach to your purchase order. During the Checkout process select "Purchase Order" as your payment type, print the Confirmation Receipt and attach it to your purchase order. Your order will be held as PENDING for up to 30 days and will be processed upon receipt of your purchase order by mail or FAX.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Our Guarantee Your purchase from us is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase in its original condition, within 30 days, for a prompt refund or exchange.

How to Return Something To Us Please enclose your packing slip with return. For your protection, ship to us via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging in order to expedite your claim.
