How To Order Merchandise

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments if you are shopping from the U.S. or Canada. Orders originating in California are charged 8.75% Sales Tax. All other orders are tax free. Please note, if you prefer not to use the internet you may also send your order and credit card information, check or purchase order to:

How to Order Streaming Video

Simply click on the Streaming Video link to purchase episodes from our Landscaping Video Series by credit card. Streaming video is provided by the Vimeo on-demand video service.  In order to watch a streamed video program you must be logged into the Vimeo web site. Purchases from Vimeo are subject to all Vimeo customer policies.


Shipping And Handling

Shipping rates are based on the total dollar value of your order and are calculated automatically. After minimum charges noted below, rates increase incrementally with the value of the order.

Please contact us if you have questions on shipping rates for orders valued at over $1,000.

  • Continental U. S.: Orders are generally sent by USPS.  A street address or complete rural route number is required for delivery. Minimum shipping charge is $7.50.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U. S. Territories: Orders are generally shipped by Air Parcel Post. Please allow extra time for delivery.

  • Canada: Orders are generally shipped by UPS Ground.  Minimum charge is $9.50.  CANADIAN TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

  • International Orders: At the present time we do not ship to countries other than the U.S. and Canada.


Delivery Schedule 

Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Imported or specialty items may take longer. We will notify you if we anticipate a delay with your order.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you unless you tell us otherwise. Backordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are actually shipped.


Purchase Orders

We welcome school, library, and government purchase orders by mail or FAX. Our terms are NET 30 from invoice date. Purchase orders MUST BE IN WRITING and include an authorized signature. You can create a shopping list on-line to attach to your purchase order. During the Checkout process select “Purchase Order” as your payment type, print a copy of your order and attach it to your purchase order. Your order will be held as PENDING for up to 30 days and will be processed upon receipt of your purchase order by mail or FAX.


How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days from date of receipt.  Please enclose your packing slip (or a copy) with your return or exchange.  Indicate what items you are sending and tell us whether you would like an exchange for the same item, refund, or credit to your charge card.  Please note shipping/handing charges ARE NOT refundable, except on defective or incorrectly shipped items.  For you protection, please ship all returns to us by an insured, traceable method.  If you received merchandise damaged in transit, please contact us and retain packaging in order to expedite your claim.


Our Guarantee

Your purchase from us is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase in its original condition, within 30 days, for a prompt refund or exchange.
